Trinity Pines Ranch Rates and Booking Information

Rates cover one day's rental (12 hours). Earlier hours may be added at an additional hourly fee (see rates below). No
events will be extended beyond 11PM. Amplified music will stop at 10pm/cleanup 10-11pm (tablecloths and personal

The client will pay a refundable damage/cleanup retainer of $500, refundable within 30 days after the event, providing
there is no damage or extra cleaning needed.

What's included:

❖ Access to the full property except the main house
❖ 1200 sq. ft. Bridal suite with full bath
❖ Shop area/changing room with full bath, air conditioning and fridge for groomsmen
❖ Outdoor Wedding Site with arbor - next to pond
❖ 70x70 reception area for wedding/and or reception due to weather
❖ 1 hour rehearsal preceding the event
❖ 2 hour engagement shoot with your photographer
❖ Ample Parking on site
❖ Luxury trailer toilets - Air conditioning/heating/music

❖ 35 Tables- 60” Round, 8 rectangle
❖ Ivory or white PRESSED table linens - 120”

❖ Outdoor games - Giant Jenga, corn hole, ring toss, yardzee
❖ 4 bar height tables with black tablecloths for cocktail hour
